THE SET UP FEE
The first three months are set-up, experiment and adjust time. It takes time and testing to get your account (big or small) into what I like to call good working order. While Google is always improving its algorithms, it still takes time for those algorithms to learn. I’ve found three months to be the ideal time to get accounts into a good working order.
